Hermès’ Black Clémence Halzan 31 is like getting three bags in one! Wear this beauty as an open-top tote by carrying it by the dual stirrup-shaped handles with a 4-inch drop, as a clutch when the top is folded down and the palladium buckle is engaged, or as a crossbody when the adjustable flat-leather strap is attached to the hardware on the back face above the two slide pockets.
