At AFF Luxury Consignment, we take pride in the authenticity and quality of our curated collection; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all security tags, designer dust bags, and authenticity certificates are included and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of receiving your RA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and intact security tags, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
